Hi,
Can anyone suggest the best way to route the speedo cable from the gearbox connection. My cable has broken because of too tight a curve as it emerges from the front of the box. Where is the best way to route it to the front of the car.
Thanks

Mine was broken too because of a tight turn at the gearbox exit (see first picture). By adding a couple of supports bolted to the gearbox, now the cable is making a soft turn which solved the issue for good.

It's always possible to have a cable remanufactured with an extra lenght, and to cut an half-moon shape out of the rear chassis to ease the curve of the cable.

Agree with the idea of a longer cable but cutting bits out of the chassis seems somewhat drastic.
Thanks.
Thanks.
